Regarding handling of copyrighted material
Artist photos, logos, and other designs are copyrighted and managed by Platinum Pixel Inc. and Avex Music Creative Inc. (hereinafter referred to as XY Project).
Works for which XY Project manages the rights may be used only for personal use (Article 30, Paragraph 1 of the Copyright Law) or within the scope permitted by other copyright laws.
Therefore, while it is permissible to create goods or fan art using copyrighted material related to XY for your personal enjoyment, you may not sell or distribute (whether for a fee or free of charge) these creations to third parties (including friends and acquaintances).

Examples of what can be used
- Personally, I create goods using the artist's photo or group logo, etc., and display them at home or carry them around.

●Examples of not being able to use
- Asking a third party to create merchandise using the artist's photograph or group logo, etc.
- Selling or distributing (whether for a fee or free of charge) merchandise using the artist's photograph or group logo to a third party other than a family member.
Please note that we are unable to answer inquiries regarding individual cases as to whether the work is usable under Copyright Act. Therefore, we ask that you inquire with a legal professional yourself.
However, such use is permitted exceptionally within the following scope.

● Examples of special uses (in all cases, this only applies if it does not infringe on the publicity rights described below)
- When using an artist's photo or group logo as a profile picture or header on social media (excluding cases of impersonation).
- Posting photos of artists or group logos, etc. on social media for the purpose of supporting the artist.

Use of Artist's Portrait
The publicity rights of the artists' portraits, names, stage names, voices, handwriting, schedules, and career histories are held and managed by XY Project.
Therefore, while it is permissible to create goods or fan art using the artist's likeness etc. for your personal enjoyment, you may not sell or distribute these creations to third parties (whether for a fee or free of charge).
In addition, the artist's portrait, etc. cannot be used in advertising any product or service.

- Creating portraits or fan art of artists and uploading them to the internet, including on social media

- Creating portraits or fan art of artists, producing merchandise using such art, and selling or distributing such merchandise to third parties (whether for a fee or free of charge).
- Displaying the artist's photographs etc. in stores etc.
・Selling products or services using an artist's name, stage name, group name, etc., or using it as the name of a store, etc.

Other defamatory and disparaging acts
Even if the use is within the scope of the above, if the use damages the artist's honor, credibility, or image, or insults the artist, the copyrighted material, portraits, etc. owned and managed by XY Project may not be used in any way. XY Project also intends to take strict measures, including legal action.

All direct messages and comments on the XY official account and members' personal SNS accounts are managed by XY Project.
Regarding offensive comments or posts to members or people related to XY Project, we may delete the post, hide it, block it, etc. Furthermore, if the post is found to be damaging to the artist's honor, credibility, or image, or is insulting to the artist, we will take strict measures, including legal action.


About the address to send fan letters and gifts
XY Project only accepts fan letters.
To ensure a safe delivery to the artist, project staff will check the contents before handing them over to the artist.
Please send fan letters to the address of Platinum Pixel Co., Ltd.

I'm very sorry, but I will have to decline the gift.
Please note that we will not be able to accept any deliveries sent to addresses related to Platinum Pixel Inc. or the XY Project.
Furthermore, please note that even if we receive the item, we will not be able to deliver it to the artist.

Gift boxes may be set up at live shows, events, etc. If you would like to leave a gift, please leave your items in the gift box in accordance with the terms and conditions of the live show, event, etc.
We will also be declining all flower arrangements, banners, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

Items prohibited from being brought into the venue
In order to ensure that everyone at the venue can enjoy the live performance, please refrain from supporting the band with anything other than official merchandise.
Please refrain from bringing unofficial cheering goods (fans, boards, etc.) as they will interfere with the performance.
Due to the nature of the performance, bringing in or using unofficial glowing or luminous items such as penlights is prohibited.
In addition, please use any items you are allowed to bring into the venue without causing any inconvenience to other customers.

Regarding recording, filming, and photography at concerts and events
Any acts of copyright infringement, such as taking photographs or videos or recording audio during concerts or events, posting photos or audio to websites or social media, or uploading video, are prohibited.
If we discover such behavior, we will erase your data and ask you to leave immediately.
If your mobile phone is capable of recording or taking pictures, we ask that you please turn off your electronic device or put it on silent mode once you enter the venue to prevent any mistakes.
We will announce each performance regarding which photography is permitted.

Regarding ticket resales, etc.
Reselling tickets at high prices on auction sites or ticket resale sites is prohibited by the ticket seller's terms and conditions and other laws.
We may ask for your identification upon entry, so please be sure to bring identification with you to the concert or event.
If the ticket purchaser information does not match the attendee information, you may be denied entry.
Also, please be aware that if you have already entered, you may be asked to leave.
Please note that even if it is not against the law, obtaining tickets through any means other than official sales methods will encourage resale activities, so we ask that you please obtain tickets through official sales methods.

Regarding vocalizations at concerts and events
It's okay to shout during a live performance. However, please refrain from using words that may disrupt the performance or cause inconvenience to other customers.
In addition, please refrain from making unofficial member calls or yells that are not initiated by XY Project when appearing at external events, as there may be performing artists or fans of performing artists.

Important request
Please refrain from engaging in activities such as waiting outside the venue, hotels, other public facilities, transportation facilities, in front of shops, following the artists, taking photographs, cheering, or calling out the artists' names.
These actions not only cause inconvenience to public facilities, public transport, and public transport users, but can also lead to personal troubles and serious accidents.
For the safety of the artists, staff, and everyone else, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in following these rules.

Furthermore, XY is a 13-member boy band that cannot be described in existing categories such as band? dance vocal? idol? artist? They are a versatile band that can be categorized as "XY" and aim to be a new group that incorporates music and elements from various fields like an amoeba.
Therefore, we aim to hold live performances and disseminate information that respect the cultures of other areas that have not previously come into contact with each other, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
