・There may be cameras at the performance. Please be aware that audience members may be captured on camera.
・Re-entry is prohibited.
・Reserving a spot inside the venue is prohibited. If such behavior is observed, staff may warn you or remove your belongings.
・Drunken people will not be allowed to enter.
・Even if you are denied entry or asked to leave, no refunds will be given for tickets or other expenses.
・There may be sudden changes to performers. In such cases, refunds will not be given, so we ask for your understanding.
・Doors opening/starting times may be subject to change at short notice.
- If you start to feel unwell while at the venue, do not force yourself and immediately inform a member of staff nearby.
・Any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers during the live performance is prohibited.
・If resale is discovered, you will be denied entry.
・We may randomly ask you to show your ID upon entry. If you are unable to show your ID, you may be refused entry. In such cases, we will not refund your ticket.
- Please refrain from waiting for performers to enter or leave the venue around the venue.
・Recording and taking photos during the performance is prohibited. If you are found doing so, you will be asked to delete it in front of the staff.
・Please refrain from contact with performers.
- Restrooms will not be available after the performance.

■Anyone who engages in the following behavior may be asked to leave.
- People who do not follow the instructions of staff.
- Unauthorized recording, video recording, or photography.
- People who dive, lift, mosh, or engage in other behavior that causes a nuisance to customers during a live performance.
