Refunds will be made during the refund period stated above at the Lawson or Ministop store where the product was purchased.
Please bring your ticket and any handling fee coupons and complete the refund procedure at the Loppi machines located in Lawson or Ministop stores.
*Refunds cannot be made outside the period. Refund procedures will not be possible after the deadline.
*Please note that if your ticket or handling fee voucher has been lost or discarded, no refunds will be available.
